1. Sponsor HPO best practice research at five internationally acclaimed HPO organizations. With this support the Center will design a tailored plan of action for the sponsoring parties.
2. The Center offers a HPO diagnostic test. The test signals the areas of attention to become a HPO for teams, BU or organizations. The outcomes of the test gives our clients a clear idea what steps need to be taken for improvement. The Center offers solutions for every step and can manage the improvement process for our client.
