As a qualified psychologist, Muriel also holds certificates including NLP Practitioner, Personal Coach, Management Drives, Real Drives, Deep Democracy (the Lewis method for decision-making) and is a trainer and supervisor in Systemic work.

Muriel frequently travels the world to stay inspired and bring up to date her own education from the most renowned thought leaders like Harvard professors Robert Kegan, Lisa Lahey and IMD professor George Kohlrieser.

What is feedforward analyse™

Many organisations use 360-degree feedback tools for the purpose of better employee and manager performances. However, recent insights into the way our brain works, demonstrate that these feedback tools are partially based on incorrect assumptions. Therefore, these feedback tools do not bring about the intended growth and improvement, and may even be counterproductive. Feedback impedes people from being creative, working together and taking balanced decisions.
