Management Development

Management Development means, according to Direction, that your requirements and organization are core issues. Developing a Management Development training is a process that we will work on together with you and your organization. We develop many Management Development sessions which include the topic of High Performance Leadership. Diversity and Female Leadership are also some of our top topics. Your own corporate strategic objectives will provide the basis for training content. The Management Development program, participants and trainers, case studies and outcomes all combine to bring organizations closer to their intended goals.

Management Development by Direction

  • A clear vision: Management Development sessions run by Direction include all of the concepts of High Management Development by DirectionPerformance Organizations (HPOs) as basic theories. Using this professional vision we build a program in collaboration with our customers to address surveyed behavioral and other relevant changes. In all of our Management Development programs, we always look for links between existing initiatives within organizations. This ensures continued connection between all initiatives under the one umbrella of HPO focused improvement.
  • Practical: At Direction we avoid unnecessary theoretical exploration, but use that experience for and in practice. Participants undertake a lot of small group work to learn with and from each other. Through goal-oriented action during the course we can record initial concrete results and so create support and trust in the entire organization. To do this as effectively as possible, we take into account the different learning styles of participants and our trainers are all people who have considerable Management experience.
  • Aimed at proactive and self-directed strength: our tailor made Management Development courses are designed to equip participants themselves with the necessary tools to introduce (behavioral) innovations to their department and to effectively implement these. We do this by building continuous feedback loops into our Management Development programs (for students to assess each other as well as the Trainers and Tutors), and also by our focus on learning through various scenarios during training sessions. Our methodology stimulates self-reflection, collaboration and the taking of responsibility. All individual participants get considerable personal attention to help them translate their efforts into success. If necessary, we are available for extra coaching to help achieve any behavioral objectives set by individual managers.
  • Organizational professionalism: At Direction we make every effort to make sure that people feel comfortable during Management Development programs. Much attention is paid to detail to ensure that combined efforts are made towards above average outcomes. Our Management Development programs are intensive and we like to conduct them at unusual locations that contribute to involvement and experience. We do this in combination with suitable experts from various disciplines.
