Esther Mollema is the founder and Managing Director of Direction and the Center for Organizational Performance. Esther holds a Master degree from Thunderbird and teaches on different programmes.

The Center has named Dr. André de Waal as her Academic Director. With this nomination an acclaimed international expert on Performance Management cooperates with an innovative learning network to advance HPO practical knowledge.
