Organizational Performance

Direction's Center for Organizational Performance

Linking HPO Theory to Best Practice

The Center’s objective is to bring together all know-how and experiences around the issue of High Performance Organizations (HPO). Our purpose is to:

  • identify which aspects make an organization High Performing
  • analyze the HPO components of these aspects
  • conversion of useful HPO data into practical knowledge and solutions for organizations

Differences with other HPO studies

  1. No selection upfront of HPO literature: ‘everything’ has been included (= the broadest study of its kind)
  2. No selection upfront of companies: f.e. great vs. good companies
  3. Results based on extensive, worldwide survey (including all kinds of countries, sectors, sizes etc etc)
  4. Selection of respondents totally random
