Since the founding of Direction Europe BV in 1999 by Esther Mollema, together with Marco Schreurs and Muriel Schrikkema, we have been dedicated to strengthening leadership and team development in the profit, non-profit, and public sectors. In 2007, we co-founded the HPO Center with Dr. André de Waal to continue researching what truly drives leaders, teams, and organizations forward. For over 25 years, we have combined scientific insights and practical experience to help clients across the Netherlands develop their leadership and teams.
In 2020, we launched Feedforward in Leadership, focusing on sustainable growth and strengthening key areas such as feedforward communication, social safety, motivating work environments, and the ethical use of power and politics. Through custom programs and coaching, we support organizations in creating motivated employees and managers, achieving sustainable results, and fostering positive, results-oriented workplaces.
