Diversity and leadership are often associated with the relationship between men and women within an organization, but it’s really about creating a people-friendly culture in which everyone is able to operate from their strengths. In a people-friendly working environment everyone feels listened to and appreciated, we can identify the needs of customers better, be more responsive to the market, make better decisions and ultimately be more successful.

A team that manages to be very diverse is much more capable of robust dialogue. This creates more alternatives for solutions, allowing for an even better solution to be chosen. And that is what helps organizations to perform better!
